모두가 바쁘게 걷는 거대한 콘크리트 정글에서 나는 따뜻한 인류애와 달콤한 로맨스에 빠졌다. 뉴욕에서의 다양한 모습을 통해 남들과 다른 모습이어도 지나치게 경쟁하지 않아도 괜찮다는 여유를 보았다. 경직된 나에게 위로가 되었고 그런 순간을 두달간 촬영했다. 다양한 모습과 모두 다른 기준과 상식, 다른 언어를 갖고 있어도 모두가 느낄 수 있는 사랑은 같다. 어느 누구도 나를 모두를 쉽게 정의 하지 않으니. In the vast concrete jungle where everyone walks in haste, I found warmth in humanity and sweetness in romance. Through my time in New York, I witnessed a city that embraces difference — where you don’t have to compete endlessly to belong. That sense of ease comforted my once-rigid heart, and for two months I captured those moments through my lens. Though people carry different appearances, values, and languages, love remains a feeling we all share. No one can easily define me — or anyone else — and perhaps that’s what makes this place beautiful.
